3. Ethics, Fair Housing, and Agency - The Essentials
2 Ethics Credits, 4
Core Credits = 6 Core Credits Total
The course provides a thorough review of ethics in real estate intended to give a sales agent a better and more complete understanding of a professional business practices. Using real-life examples and case studies, this course discusses specific impacts different agency relationships can have on real estate transactions. The course also examines the effects and penalties for breach of duty. Finally, the course reviews federal fair housing laws that affect all licensees.
